We're excited to announce an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and be a key player in delivering exceptional support to our customers. Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the liaison between our customers and the company, providing top-notch service and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email, as well as performing accounts receivable duties, providing administrative support to our Sales Department, and performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email Provide excellent customer service to both customers and blithequark personnel Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through blithequark's escalation process Partner and provide administrative support to blithequark's Sales Department Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have: 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (preferred) Prior Accounts Receivable experience (highly encouraged) High School diploma or GED equivalent (recommended) Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.) Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently Problem solver in a dynamic environment Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.) Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
