**Experienced Customer Service Representative – CMN Operations**

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our CMN team, where you'll play a critical role in monitoring and improving processes relative to the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of the reimbursement information requirements of our order processing activities. We're proud to be a family-owned and operated business, and we're dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team members. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Customer Service Representative on our CMN team, you'll be responsible for: * Reviewing initial prescriptions for qualifying elements, resulting in timely release of claims * Completing daily follow-up processes on all CMNs assigned within the WIP states/RC worklist * Reviewing possible renewal CMNs within the CMN review worklist * Managing the CMN renewal process and obtaining all necessary documentation * Handling all outstanding held revenue related to CMNs for branches assigned * Managing phone calls related to CMNs * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proven computer proficiency, including the use of multiple applications simultaneously * Knowledge of the HME/DME industry is preferred **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Proven problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
