You'll work remotely, using your own computer or laptop, and will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training. If you're a motivated, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Represent our clients' brands favorably, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers * Use your problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients * Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Kansas * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions - this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM) * Familiarity with gaming platforms and online communities (a plus!) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive industry or a related field * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience with online marketing and social media platforms **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM) * Familiarity with gaming platforms and online communities (a plus!) * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
