Entry-Level Business Analyst – Banking
Entry-level Business Analyst Remote Full - Time Responsibilities • Assist in collecting and documenting business needs for banking products and services. • Support the analysis of workflows related to customer onboarding, transactions, lending, and compliance processes. • Translate stakeholder inputs into clear requirement documents and user stories. • Prepare visual models such as process flows, use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. • Help create basic wireframes to represent banking application interfaces. • Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and review deliverables. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field • Strong interest in banking operations and financial technology. • Understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement elicitation and documentation. • Familiarity with modeling tools such as Lucidchart or similar diagramming platforms. • Basic knowledge of wireframing tools like Balsamiq (or willingness to learn). • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a collaborative remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
