Entry Level Bookkeeper

About the position Responsibilities • Data entry of information provided by clients into a double entry accounting system • Preparation of bank reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts • Preparation of payrolls • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings and payments on the State and Federal levels • Preparation of various State and Local taxes • Preparation of financial reports • Ability to multi-task • Efficiently and effectively communicate with staff and clients • Various office-related duties including filing paperwork, answering multi-line phone, setting up appointments, scanning, faxing, copying, and cleaning.
