Electrical Engineer- Early Career

As an Electrical Engineer, you will evaluate and design power systems for power-generating facilities while managing your own assignments and ensuring code compliance in your engineering documents. Responsibilities Evaluate and design power systems for power-generating facilities Manage your own assignments, balancing budget, scope, schedule, and quality Deliver precise, code-compliant engineering documents such as drawings, calculations, and technical evaluations Contribute to high-quality deliverables that align with both client expectations and ENERCON’s rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) standards Build strong client relationships through clear communication and professional collaboration Travel to plant sites, interface with client personnel, and perform walk-downs of plant systems and components Skills Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university Available to start in the next 1-2 months A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts Proficient in Microsoft Suite Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams Ability to effectively problem solve Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns Must be able to work outside Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings Some roles may involve work on federal contracts that require employees to be citizens of the United States.
