Education Research Assistant – Australia Independent Schools (Public Sources Only)

Project Overview I am hiring a research assistant, not a lead generator. The task is to research Independent (non-system) schools in NSW, Victoria and Queensland and identify publicly listed IT leadership roles (e.g. IT Manager, ICT Manager, Director of Technology). ⚠️ This project requires manual desk research using school websites and public documents only. IMPORTANT – This is NOT a lead generation job Please do not apply if you rely on: LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, RocketReach Email-finder or enrichment tools CRM exports or inferred contacts If you are a B2B lead generation specialist, this role is not suitable. What You WILL Be Doing Visiting school websites Reviewing staff pages, leadership pages Checking BYOD handbooks, ICT PDFs, annual reports Recording only what is explicitly published If information is not listed → leave it blank. Output Columns You will populate the following for each school: ColumnRequired School Name Location State IT_Manager_Name Yes IT_Manager_Title Yes IT_Manager_Email Only if publicly listed Source_Type Yes Source_URL Mandatory Confidence (High/Medium/Low) Yes Last_Checked_Date Yes ⚠️ Every completed row must include a public Source_URL.
