As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the Lynx product team, overseeing the vision, strategy, and execution of a market-leading inventory management solution for specialty and oncology practices. You will drive transformational initiatives that enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and modernize the product using AI, LLMs, and advanced digital solutions. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces ambiguity, and motivates cross-functional teams to innovate boldly. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver scalable, compliant solutions while fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly influence the success and evolution of Lynx, ensuring it continues to revolutionize the industry and deliver measurable impact for providers and patients alike. Accountabilities: · Lead the Lynx product team, including product managers, owners, scrum masters, and UI/UX designers, guiding vision, roadmap, and execution. · Architect and execute a bold modernization strategy leveraging AI, LLMs, and other cutting-edge digital solutions. · Define, communicate, and champion the product vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions. · Recruit, mentor, and empower diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and entrepreneurship. · Identify opportunities for disruptive innovation, from new features to business models and partnerships. · Drive measurable outcomes, focusing on improved patient care, operational efficiency, and market leadership. · Embrace experimentation, learn rapidly from iterations, and adapt strategies based on insights and results. · Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or entrepreneurial experience preferred. · 12+ years of professional experience with at least 4 years in management or leadership roles. · Proven track record of building successful products and driving transformational change. · Experience defining and executing bold product visions and roadmaps, including modernization initiatives. · Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. · Comfort with risk-taking, experimentation, rapid iteration, and learning from outcomes. · Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. · Bonus: Experience developing AI/LLM-enabled features or working in startup, scale-up, or turnaround environments. · Competitive base salary: USD $147,700–$246,100. · Eligibility for annual bonuses and long-term incentive programs. · Flexible remote work options with cross-functional collaboration opportunities. · Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits. · Professional development and growth opportunities. · Inclusive and diverse work environment fostering innovation and impact.
