Key Responsibilities: Leading Product Ops to Success Lead the Product Ops Function: Set the strategic direction for Roundel's Product Ops across all teams, overseeing operational efficiency and ensuring strategic alignment with broader objectives. Drive Business Outcomes: Achieve business outcomes and metrics, managing the product's budget and financials, and setting short- and long-term product goals, including quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Coach and mentor a strong team, fostering a culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams. Collaborate and Influence: Work with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution-related barriers for your teams, providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Possess an understanding of retail, AdTech, or similar areas, relevant technologies, and design principles to drive innovative and scalable solutions across multiple areas within Roundel. About You: The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a seasoned product management professional with a strong background in AdTech products and technology. If you have: A four-year degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience A proven track record in technology, bridging communication between business and tech teams Strong communication skills, influencing strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across functions Expertise in agile environments, with a proactive approach to planning, setting OKRs, and achieving measurable business outcomes The ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams Then you might be the perfect fit for this role.
