We are seeking a Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance business outcomes. In this role, you will own the end-to-end data workflow, from building robust data infrastructure and pipelines to running experiments and delivering clear analyses. You will empower teams with self-serve analytics, champion a data-driven culture, and contribute to improving products and processes across the organization. Accountabilities Drive strategic insights by analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations for go-to-market strategies and product development. Translate complex findings into clear, understandable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Build and scale data infrastructure, including pipelines, transformation, and orchestration processes to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. Develop self-serve analytics platforms that empower teams to access and leverage data effectively. Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, measure impact, and support continuous improvement in products and processes. Establish and promote best practices for data usage and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams. 4+ years of professional experience in data science or related fields. Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R. Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques. Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools. Proven ability to communicate data insights effectively through storytelling and visualization. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in financial technology, investment, or analytics environments is a plus. Competitive base salary: $155,000$210,000, plus discretionary bonus program and equity participation.
