Job title: Data Entry Job , Earn $1600 Per Week (Remote) Company: Recruit Hunter Job description: Description: This is an entry level, full time, non-exempt position. The Union League is looking for someone who expresses maturity and has extensive experience in customer service. Job Duties: • Primary point of contact for the accounting department via email, phone and in person for the member. • Provides customer service for all member/guest inquiries, member statements, and league amenities including but not limited to : Hotel, Fitness, Dining, Legacy charges, Parking, Golf • Investigate/solve/ reconcile all member billing questions; revise bills as needed. • Maintain related and unrelated business income on a monthly basis • Assists with credit card processing and maintenance. • Follow up on declined/rejected/expired payments. • Process member payments daily via check and ACH • Mails monthly statements. • Process birthday and gift certificate credits. • Serve as Iron Mountain Manager box up, ship out, and order supplies monthly. • Other Accounting duties • Filing for Accounts Payable/Staff Accountant (hotel folios and CC charges) • Reciprocal Club billing Departmental Responsibilities: • Alert accounts payable when supplies need to be purchased. • Create and maintain great relationships with members and/or administrators. • Sort department mail daily. • Generate and distribute employee holiday letters annually. • Perform other tasks as requested by the Controller, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Job Requirements: • Highly professional with a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and JONAS experience preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
