You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial management principles. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurately prepared and reported in a timely manner. 2. Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and reconciled. 3. Prepare and present annual budgets, providing detailed analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management. 4. Monitor and analyze cash flow, identifying trends and making recommendations to optimize financial performance. 5. Ensure all financial reports and statements are in compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations. 6. Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits, providing all necessary documentation and addressing any issues or discrepancies. 7. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. 8. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. 9. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level, providing expert financial insight and guidance. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is highly preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry. 3. Proven experience with month-end and year-end close processes, general ledger management, annual budget preparation, financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and account reconciliation. 4. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations and standards. 5. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team. 6. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail. 7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. 8. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
