We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join a fast-paced client team focused on building innovative digital products. In this role, you will craft scalable, resilient, and user-friendly frontend solutions while collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders. You will work in an Agile environment, following test-driven development principles, pair programming, and continuous integration/delivery workflows. This position allows you to deliver high-quality features, optimize web performance, and ensure accessibility standards. Accountabilities Build and deliver high-quality frontend features that meet client and customer requirements. Implement responsive and adaptive designs using modern CSS and HTML techniques, including Flexbox, Grid, and media queries. Collaborate with team members on engineering initiatives, code reviews, and pair programming to maintain code quality and consistency. Ensure accessibility and semantic HTML standards are met in all web applications. Debug and optimize frontend performance across multiple browsers and devices. Participate in internal events, knowledge-sharing sessions, and design discussions to enhance team capabilities. Follow Agile and CI/CD workflows, including test-driven development and continuous integration. Requirements Proven commercial experience with CSS, HTML, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React). Strong understanding of CSS fundamentals, modular CSS methodologies (BEM, OOCSS), and layout techniques. Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6 features, asynchronous programming, and closures. Experience with responsive, mobile-first designs and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for web applications. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery practices. Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation if needed.
