Your toolkit will include advanced prompt engineering techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot, tree-of-thoughts), workflow orchestration with tools like LangGraph or Airflow, and evaluation pipelines (LLM-as-judge, A/B metrics) to refine for reliability and context-awareness. You'll integrate with enterprise LLMs via APIs, build custom GPT wrappers with role-based access, and ensure compliance with data governance (e.g., PII redaction). Collaborating with UX designers and ops leads, you'll rollout via phased betas, measuring success against baselines like task completion speed and user satisfaction (NPS >70), and iterating based on feedback loops.
