Participate in training sessions and team meetings, contributing insights to enhance moderation effectiveness. Requirements Fluency in Bengali (native or equivalent), with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in content moderation, online community management, or a related role is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments quickly.
