Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business growth by identifying and creating opportunities in untapped markets through proactive outbound prospecting. Responsibilities Exceed your monthly quota by utilizing your ability to assess a prospect’s “fit” Acquire/generate qualified business leads by cold calling; engaging with and developing prospects to be closed by Sales team Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as VPs, Directors and C-suite personnel Acquire in depth knowledge of our full range of risk and compliance solutions and services, conveying that knowledge to potential customers, and adhering to company messaging and positioning Nurture relationships with longer term prospects Conduct territory development best practices with email, phone and chat using sales enablement tools to connect with new prospects and current customers Skills Previous sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience Technical acumen to ramp up quickly on core technologies such as Salesforce, Groove, etc A tenacious work ethic with a desire to have a career in sales Grit and know-how with a curious and creative mindset to set goals to achieve bigger outcomes Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed quota monthly, maintaining a high call rate and ability to assess prospect's 'fit' A modest yet assertive and confident demeanor with empathy and compassion Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication skills, presentations skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives to engage and influence executive-level decision makers Culture Agility.
