Job Title: Business Analyst AI (Copilot , Chat GPT,LLM Experience) Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Must have Private Equity (Investment Banking) and AI experience. Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, especially in Copilot and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to identify AI-driven opportunities, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and user stories. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business and technical teams to identify use cases for AI, automation, and LLM-based enhancements. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows. Work with AI solution architects and developers to design Copilot/LLM-driven business solutions. Define functional and non-functional requirements for AI-based systems. Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements using AI and automation. Support UAT, training, and rollout of AI-enabled features. Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Digital Transformation projects. 1 2 years of experience in AI/ML, Copilot, or LLM-based solution initiatives. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI-assisted productivity tools, and data analysis. Experience with tools such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or automation tools. Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance for AI systems. Certification in Business Analysis or AI (CBAP, PMI-PBA, AI Fundamentals, etc.). Apply tot his job
