Description Our client is a remote digital agency with a client roster of globally celebrated companies in tech and finance. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Mexico, provided you are within three hours of the Pacific Time Zone. About the role We’re looking for a collaborative, data-driven creative thought leader with strong human and business instincts to work as a Brand / Creative Strategist. You’ll collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind campaigns, programs, events, and experiences that leave a lasting impression. Working with a range of internal and external partners, you’ll craft brand stories and strategies that captivate the hearts and minds of customers. You’ll be the bridge between data and dreams — weaving narratives that resonate deeply. You are a strategic thinker and a collaborative doer who thrives on the cutting edge, with a passion for creative excellence. What you’ll be doing • Lead strategic thinking from insight to execution, translating complex business problems into clear, compelling creative strategies. • Develop insight-led creative briefs that inspire breakthrough ideas across campaigns, programs, events, and brand experiences. • Partner closely with creative teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders to ensure work stays strategically focused and creatively ambitious. • Analyze data, performance, and cultural trends to identify opportunities that strengthen current work and shape future initiatives. • Play a key role in B2B and sports partnership strategies, helping sell ideas through strong strategic storytelling and presentation skills. • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas from concept to launch while contributing to a culture of strategic and creative excellence. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in creative strategy or brand planning within an agency or brand-led organization. • Proven track record leading creative strategy for major campaigns and shaping work throughout the entire creative process. • Strong ability to distill complex strategies into clear, single-minded creative ideas and confidently defend them with senior stakeholders. • Experience working closely with ECDs, creative teams, and cross-functional partners across brand, media, content, and experience strategy. • Deep understanding of B2B strategy, cultural trends, and how customer insight, data, and product truths translate into impactful ideas. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the executive presence to influence and build alignment.
