Associate Consultant: Client Delivery & SME Leader; Remote
Position: Associate Consultant: Client Delivery & SME Leader (Remote) • Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator • Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review • Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and / or client with leadership supervision • Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team) • Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and / or clients • Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals • First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and / or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager • Obtain / maintain license Preferred location : Miami but open to remote #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
