Associate Account Executive

Stellar Health is a US-based Health-tech company focused on transforming primary care by prioritizing patient health. They are seeking an Associate Account Executive to grow their network of primary care providers through outreach and relationship building, ultimately supporting better quality care and incentivizing providers. Responsibilities Conduct high volume of outreach via cold call (50+ calls per day), email and LinkedIn to build relationships with Doctor's offices targeted to be in our Network Work with sales leadership to develop an outreach plan and prioritization of a target list of Doctor's offices, leveraging sales intelligence tools as needed Prospecting will be across a diversified set of Doctor's offices, both geographically and by structure (including but not limited to, independent primary care practices, large medical groups, and hospital systems) Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, both in terms of activity quota and signed Doctor's offices (primary care) via executed contracts Capture and storage of the executed contract with the Doctor’s office Innovate and test creative ways to gain access and trust to the Doctor’s office decision makers Transition onboarded provider to the appropriate next stakeholder in our sales process, our Provider Success Team, by scheduling the onboarded Doctor's office for an account training session Efficiently nurture prospects over the course of 2-5 meetings, otherwise quickly moving to higher impact opportunities Use data-driven metrics for evaluating and improving the impact of your outreach efforts and reporting to Sales leadership on lead generation metrics Communicate the Stellar value proposition in concise and easy to consume manner that is reflective of the limited time availability of primary care practice staff Collaborate with peers, account executives, and sales leadership to innovate and improve our outreach strategies that yield improved conversion rates Collect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our team, organizing and categorizing sales lead information into our CRM (Salesforce) Skills Experience exceeding weekly/monthly activity goals and quota Self-starter who has the desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role Ability to smartly prioritize and organize your time to be as productive as possible You are resilient, possess grit, and are full of tenacity Highly proficient with high velocity outbound prospecting and building pipeline Excellent communication skills and persistent follow-through on commitments to our customers You thrive in collaborative and demanding environments Critical thinker- when faced with obstacles, you are focused on solutions and success Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Flexible PTO Universal Paid Family Leave Company sponsored One Medical memberships and Citibike memberships Medical Travel Benefits A monthly wellness stipend that gives employees the freedom to choose where they spend their cash, whether it be on wellness, pet care, childcare, WFH items, or charitable donations Stock Options & a 401k matching program Career development opportunities like Manager Training, coaching, and an internal mobility program A broad calendar of company sponsored social events that for our in-office and remote employees Company Overview Stellar Health empowers providers and practice staff to deliver high-quality care through real-time notifications and meaningful incentives.
