Appointment Setting & Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setting & Lead Generation Specialist to be the engine of our growth. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, transforming interest from various marketing channels into qualified appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled appointments. • Conduct outbound lead generation via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Engage with potential clients through ads, live concierge, and direct contact to generate interest. • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and follow-up. • Continuously improve scripts, processes, and engagement strategies to maximize results. Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in appointment setting. • Experience in lead generation, or customer-facing roles is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus. • Interest in fitness, martial arts, or wellness industries is a bonus.
