In this role, you will be the front line of our customer service efforts, providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers via online channels. This is a part-time remote position, offering flexible working hours and a dynamic work environment. As an Apple Online Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with other team members to maintain Apple’s high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
