Our consulting services emphasize analytics enablement, data visualization, data preparation, and data science. We specialize in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Platform and Snowflake. Responsibilities: • Deliver on project-based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization. • Manage clients expectations by leading weekly status reports to clients; proactively solicit client feedback by running working sessions • Create reporting and data visualization solutions • Analyze, troubleshoot and / or tune product performance or deployment issues when required • Support or assist with backlog support and development • Identify and recommend functionality and solutions to meet and enhance user requirements • Recommend best practices to optimize data models, reports, and overall platform architecture Required Experience: • 5+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization platforms in an enterprise environment • Strong data visualization skills using Power BI • Data preparation experience using Alteryx or KNIME (or similar tools like Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce is a plus) • Demonstrated expertise in data fluency and communicating to business users • Knowledge of SQL experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models (in Snowflake environment preferred) • Exceptional customer facing skills, including outstanding communication skills and project management skills • Strong problem solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures Preferred Experience: • 2+ years of Consulting experience. • Expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents • Power BI Service administration experience including security roles, infrastructure set up • Previous experience scaling Power BI at an enterprise level • Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization and project delivery Why phData?
