Amazon Seller Central – Account Reinstatement & Permanent Closurence

I have an Amazon Seller Central account registered in Canada under my mother’s name. The account has been deactivated because Amazon requested proof of purchase (invoices) for products sourced from China and fulfilled via a 3PL company (products were relabeled before FBA). I was unaware this could violate Amazon policy. Currently: Amazon is requesting documentation for the products (which I do not have). The account remains deactivated but Amazon continues to send invoices for fees. I need an experienced Amazon Seller Central specialist who can: Review my case and create a Plan of Action (POA) or the best possible response to Amazon to either reinstate the account or close it permanently. Communicate with Amazon Seller Performance / Account Health to resolve outstanding issues. Ensure all fees and billing are finalized so I stop receiving invoices. Guide me through permanent account closure after resolution. Requirements: Proven experience with Amazon.ca (Canada Marketplace) seller account suspensions. Strong knowledge of Amazon’s FBA, product authenticity, and compliance policies. Experience in both account reinstatement and permanent closure.
