Airbnb Cohosting Client Acquisition Specialist – Facebook & VRBO Lead Gen - Contract to Hire

We are a growing property management company specializing in short-term and mid-term rental cohosting. We are looking for an experienced lead generation specialist who already knows the Airbnb/STR ecosystem and has hands-on experience acquiring Airbnb hosts as clients. The role is focused on direct outreach using two proven strategies: Facebook Groups for Hosts – Finding posts from Airbnb hosts who are asking for help, commenting with value, securing permission to DM, and moving the conversation to private messages. VRBO Lead Sourcing – Identifying potential host/owner leads from VRBO, researching their off-platform contact info (email, LinkedIn, company site), and sending personalized outreach messages. Responsibilities: Monitor and engage in Airbnb host Facebook groups (comment-to-DM outreach). Source and qualify VRBO leads daily (based on reviews, gaps, photos, occupancy signals). Send personalized outreach messages using our templates and strategy. Track all leads in a CRM (we use GoHighLevel). Follow up on leads consistently until a call is booked. Report KPIs weekly (outreach volume, reply rates, booked calls). Requirements: Proven experience acquiring Airbnb/VRBO cohosting or property management clients (not just guest leads). Familiarity with Facebook group engagement rules (knowing how to avoid bans/spam flags). Comfortable with light research (finding owner emails or LinkedIn profiles). Strong written English and ability to personalize outreach messages. Experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs) is a plus. What We Offer: Clear SOPs, templates, and tools for outreach.
