About Us: We're creating a highly successful Airbnb experience in the charming, historic town of Twain Harte, California — a semi-luxury woodland retreat designed for city guests seeking both comfort and escape. Our goal is to blend small-town charm with thoughtful hospitality and create an unforgettable stay for every guest. About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and passionate Airbnb Co-Host to help us bring this vision to life. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent communication, and consistently outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities: 1/ Manage the property calendar, bookings, and availability 2/ Handle guest communications with warmth, clarity, and professionalism 3/ Communicate promptly and clearly with property owners to align on key updates and decisions 4/ Oversee guest reviews and maintain a consistent 5-star experience 5/ Address guest concerns quickly and effectively — including managing occasional difficult or upset guests with empathy and calm 6/ Collaborate with our reliable local contacts to ensure seamless on-the-ground operations (no local presence required) Ideal Candidate: 1/ Enthusiastic about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences 2/ Strong communicator who can engage confidently with both guests and owners 3/ Experienced with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms (preferred but not required) 4/ Skilled in handling guest issues diplomatically and resolving conflicts positively 5/ Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Appreciates the charm of historic small towns like Twain Harte Location: Remote-friendly — you don't need to be local. We already have reliable local contacts to handle on-site needs. Interested?
