Position Title: AI Consultants Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Development Lead and a Prompt Engineer to drive AI integration and innovation across our eCommerce and connected device platforms. This position is responsible for enhancing our AI capabilities across set-top boxes, mobile applications, web platforms, integration, database, and backend systems. This role also involves training and mentoring development and product management teams on optimizing the practical application of AI tools. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in AI model development, prompt engineering, and cloud-based tools such as Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, and Anthropic models. Experience & Skills: • Proven experience in AI development, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted software engineering. • Familiarity with large tech stacks typical of eCommerce environments. • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Anthropic). • Strong understanding of integrating AI into existing codebases and guiding teams through implementation. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills. • Curiosity for research and innovation within the AI/ML domain.
