As an Advertising Analyst, you will execute, optimize, and report on paid digital advertising programs to help clients reach their goals. Responsibilities Help plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns Report on performance by digging into the data Research new tactics Support other initiatives to help our clients reach their goals Set up new campaigns flawlessly Develop ideas for in-platform optimizations Write creative and error-free ad copy Reformat a deck to match brand standards Skills Competency with Google Drive or equivalent, especially slides and sheets 1+ year(s) relevant experience in paid digital advertising or media buying/planning, specifically Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Detail-Oriented: Hyper-focused on the details and their impact on the bigger picture Proactive: You prioritize forward momentum on projects and in your own development Analytical: You exhibit a probing mind and draw insights from data Growth-Driven: You believe talent and performance can be developed through effort and persistence Efficient: You produce significant output, avoiding wasted effort where possible Honest & Ethical: You don't cut corners; you do what is right, not convenient Passionate: You expect personal & team performance to be nothing short of the best A Strong Communicator: You speak and write clearly and articulately Technical skillset: From setting up new campaigns flawlessly or developing ideas for in-platform optimizations to writing creative and error-free ad copy or reformatting a deck to match brand standards, you do it all Trustworthiness and consistency: Leads, clients, and teammates can trust you to do what you say you're going to do, meet deadlines, and work closely with them to deliver work that meets their expectations (and your own) Growth mindset: You raise your hand to try new things, push yourself into new challenges, and get feedback along the way.
