We're looking for exceptionally talented and passionate people to join our growing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to support the planning and execution of a wide range of internal and external events, including employee engagement activities, company-wide meetings, training sessions, conferences, and social events. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure events are executed smoothly, efficiently, and align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Event Support: Assist in the coordination of internal and external events, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with attendees. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to secure event spaces, catering, technology needs, and other event materials. Logistics Management: Help manage event timelines, prepare materials, and ensure all event components are ready in advance (e.g., signage, supplies, attendee lists). Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking event budgets, ensuring expenses are documented and fall within budgetary constraints. On-Site Event Support: Be present during events to provide on-the-ground support for setup, registration, attendee needs, and troubleshooting. Post-Event Reporting: Collect feedback from attendees, assist with data analysis, and contribute to post-event evaluations to help improve future events. Internal Communication: Collaborate with HR, Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure internal events align with company culture and goals. Administrative Tasks: Maintain event records, assist with travel arrangements, and manage attendee RSVPs. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 1+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or administrative tasks is a plus. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and event participants. Attention to Detail: Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom, etc.). Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address issues that arise during event planning or execution. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $60,000 - $80,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
