Administrative Assistant (Per Diem, Remote)

Overview This is a remote position that will require some travel onsite as needed. Responsibilities • Administrative support to the physicians, advanced practitioners, medical directors and/or practice administrator. • General office duties, including but not limited, to: copying, filing, faxing, check requests, mailings, typing of correspondence, initiating and responding to emails, conference call scheduling, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, creating and maintaining files. • Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create and maintain correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. • Maintenance/management of all office equipment to include phone, voicemail, and computer systems. • Assist with special events as needed • Special projects as needed. • Organize and track licensing and credentialing needs for physicians and advanced practitioners. (CAQH) • Manages invoice submission, payment and tracking • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Company policy. • Present a positive, professional appearance and convey a professional demeanor in the performance of assigned duties. • Responsible for following all facility, organization and department precautions and procedures in the performance of all job duties to ensure a safe work environment for self and others. • Complete compliance requirements as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned or requested Qualifications Education Level: High school diploma or GED. Experience Years: One to three years related experience and/or training. Experience Industry: Healthcare Location: Must live in Colorado and able to reliably commute to Denver and surrounding office locations as needed. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
