Accounts Payable Analyst (Remote)

We are partnering with a respected nonprofit organization with whom we have a longstanding relationship to fill a newly created Accounts Payable Analyst role. Details: Location: Chicago Role: Accounts Payable Analyst Position Type: Temp (potentially for permanency) Rate: $35-$37/hr. Worksite Type: Fully Remote Responsibilities: • Process and code vendor invoices and employee expense submissions • Manage time and expense processing • Verify invoices against supporting documentation • Complete corporate training for credit card usage • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and balances • Maintain and update vendor records • Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements • Execute weekly payment runs • Investigate and resolve payment issues • Record daily transactions and process remote bank deposits • Generate and reconcile purchase orders • Perform additional duties as needed Requirements: • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of seven years of recent accounts payable experience • Hands-on experience with both Concur and Concur Invoice is required • Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
