The Woods platform digitizes insurance payments giving dental offices faster, more secure payments, clearer reporting, and less manual posting. Woods integrates directly with the practice’s existing software to automate insurance reconciliation and improve cash flow. We’re a fast-growing, early-stage company building a team that asks a lot of questions. We love solving dental problems, starting with antiquated claim payments. The Role NOT a Rock Star. Seriously, this is a software company. If you play rock music on the side, that’s pretty cool. But the ability to play Rock Music is not required here. We’re hiring our first full-time sales leader — someone who’s comfortable in the trenches but can also think strategically. This person will be responsible for driving new practice adoption, leading outbound efforts, and shaping our sales and marketing strategy as we scale. If you’ve sold software or services to dental offices and can both close deals and design the playbook — this role is for you. What You'll Do • Own and execute Woods’ dental office sales strategy from lead generation to close • Work with the marketing team to generate leads and evaluate campaign performance • Contribute to sales operations, CRM optimization, and process improvement • Provide feedback on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market messaging • Grow into a leadership role across sales, marketing, or business development Must Haves • 4+ years of experience selling software or services directly to dental practices • Proven record of success in dental sales • Self-driven, organized, motivated, and all those other adjectives • Comfortable with hands-on selling — cold calls, demos, follow-ups • Opinions on SalesOps and how to scale an effective dental sales engine • Strong collaboration skills with marketing and product teams Perks • Competitive salary + performance-based commission • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • Early equity in a fast-growing startup • Opportunity to shape the sales function from the ground up • Our CEO has a strong dislike of meetings... we have very few meetings.
